CITIES LOCATED OVER THE BORDER IN WISCONSIN BY STILLWATER MN?
My father only got a pursuit in Stillwater MN. We have been seeking to immigrate in a nearby destiny as well as would similar to a list of a towns (big as well as small) which have been nearby a city over a limit in to Wisconsin.
Any links to internal newspapers/classified ad sites would additionally be really helpful.

Check a map. You can use mapquest.com or Yahoo maps or any similar site, look up Stillwater, MN, and expand/zoom the map out to include the cities across the state line in Wisconsin. That will give you a lot of information, and you’ll get it much quicker than waiting for millions of strangers, some of whom have no idea where MN or WI are, let alone what cities are across the state line from each other.
There isn’t much across the river from Stillwater in Wisconsin. Houlton (very small) is directly over the river, and the nearest town of any size to that would be Hudson, which is a vibrant commuter town to the Twin Cities.
Hudson, Wisconsin is only a 10 minute commute to Stillwater. This link takes you to the classified ads in the Hudson Newspaper.
